The largest discounts on electronics and appliances land here, along with the heaviest bank card offers. Stock runs out fast on the loss-leader items.
Republic Day
Strong on large appliances and televisions, and quieter than the festive rush, so stock holds longer.
End-of-season fashion
Twice a year. This is the only window where fashion discounts are consistently real rather than a marked-up base price.
Brand days
A single brand takes over a storefront for 48 hours. Narrow, but the pricing inside that window is usually the year’s best for that brand.
Clearance on model changeovers
When a new model is announced, the outgoing one drops hard for a few weeks. For most people the outgoing model is the better buy.
